By using OTAB ("the site"), you agree to these terms. The site is provided as-is, without warranty, by the site operator ("we" or "us"). If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the site.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your login credentials safe. Don't impersonate someone else. We may suspend or delete accounts that we believe violate these terms.

What you post

OTAB is a public wishlist for things people want to exist. When you submit a suggestion, comment, or vote, that content is visible to anyone who visits the site.

You agree not to post:

• Harassment, hate speech, or threats of violence
• Illegal content or content that infringes others' rights
• Spam, scams, or deceptive content
• Private information about other people without their consent
• Suggestions made in bad faith or intended to disrupt the site

You retain ownership of the content you post, but grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and analyze it as part of operating OTAB.

Moderation

We may edit or remove content that violates these terms. We aim to be transparent when we do so, but we don't guarantee review of every post.

No warranty

OTAB is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of data, or that any suggestion posted here will actually be built by anyone.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
